Bathroom Renovation in Fulham

Fulham's Victorian terraces have loads of character, but the bathrooms usually don't. Avocado suites, tired tiling, a layout that wastes half the room. We turn Fulham bathrooms into somewhere you actually want to be, with a sensible use of the space, good materials and a proper install.

Most of these terraces have one family bathroom off the first floor landing, often chopped out of what used to be a bedroom. We get the most from it with wall hung sanitaryware, storage set into the wall, and a walk in shower so you're not fighting a bulky bath screen. If there's room we'll keep a freestanding or built in bath as the centrepiece.

En suites are pretty much expected in Fulham now. We add them all the time as part of a loft conversion or a first floor rejig. The trick is finding the space, and we're good at stealing it from landings, eaves and oversized cupboards to fit a proper en suite in without shrinking the bedroom next door.

Ground floor cloakrooms and utility shower rooms come up a lot too, and they're worth their weight in a family house around Parsons Green or Munster Village. Small rooms are where the detail matters most. Every millimetre counts, so we plan the layouts on CAD before anyone lifts a tool.

The Victorian terraces in Fulham throw up the same bathroom problems again and again. One family bathroom on a timber first floor, not much in the way of plumbing to work with, and a layout drawn up long before anyone thought about en suites. The streets around Parsons Green, Munster Village and the Peterborough Estate are all much the same.

A new bathroom is one of the better value jobs you can do to a Fulham terrace. It sorts the daily comfort straight away and it adds real value. Buyers round here now expect at least one en suite plus a decent family bathroom, so it's money well spent.
